About the Project
Arts Open San Pedro Poster Submission
Arts United San Pedro in partnership with Arts Open San Pedro is looking for innovative artists to design the poster for our upcoming Arts Open San Pedro event happening Saturday May 1, 2027. We are opening up submissions for local San Pedro artists to create something flashy, colorful, and fun that can catch the eye. Posters will be displayed on signage and used for advertisement and merchandise.
Artists are asked to draw inspiration that incorporates their own styles and includes all the different art forms that are represented in the event: visual arts, performing arts, and music. Please see attached poster from last year for reference.
Submissions will be accepted until November 15th at 11:59pm(PST).

Call for Artists Opens: September 18, 2026
Artist Submission Deadline: November 15, 2026 at 11:59pm PST
Selected Artist Notified: November 24, 2026

We at Arts United San Pedro want to keep to our promise to serve and uplift our artist community. We will be sharing opportunities here to be a part of or join seminars and webinars about the things that matter to you and can help you grow as an artist. Whether its a social media, marketing, or grant writing seminar; or an informational webinars on changes being made on a local or federal level, we want you to be the most informed.
